BCE is based in UK and is a non-political non-religious charity that uses 100% of the funds raised to fulfil its objectives.

Out of all the third world regions of the world, countries such as Ethiopia is the most resource-challenged: There is for example only one radiotherapy centre, and only four oncologists for a population of 83million in Ethiopia.
